Refund Policy

1. Introduction

This Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions under which Labib ("we," "us," or "our") provides refunds for purchases of Labib AI receptionist and customer relationship management services ("Services").

Important: Labib is a fully automated AI-powered software service. Our Services are delivered as digital content and software, with no human involvement in service delivery. All interactions are handled automatically by our AI system.

Please note: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Refund requests are processed through Paddle in accordance with Paddle's refund policy and this policy.

2. Consumer Right to Cancel

If you are a Consumer (purchasing for personal use), you have the right to cancel this Agreement and return the Product within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day after completion of the Transaction.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send us your communication concerning your exercise of the cancellation right before the expiration of the 14-day period.

3. Refund Processing

Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of Paddle and on a case-by-case basis. Paddle will refuse a refund request if they find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour that entitles Paddle to counterclaim the refund.

This does not affect your rights as a Consumer in relation to Products which are not as described, faulty or not fit for purpose.

If you cancel this Agreement as permitted above, Paddle will reimburse to you all payments received from you. The reimbursement will be made without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which Paddle is informed about your decision to cancel this Agreement. The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, and you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

4. Exception to the Right to Cancel

Your right as a Consumer to cancel your order does not apply to the supply of Digital Content that you have started to download, stream, or otherwise acquire, and to Products which you have had the benefit of.

Since Labib is a software service that is immediately made available upon purchase, by using the Services you consent to immediate performance of this Agreement and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal from this Agreement once you have started using the Services.

5. Subscription Cancellation

Our Services are available on a subscription basis. Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at least 48 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Important: Your right to cancel as a Consumer is only present following the initial subscription purchase and not upon each automatic renewal. There are no refunds on unused subscription periods.

If you wish to cancel your subscription, please contact us at info@asklabib.comor through Paddle's customer service portal. Please make sure you provide your order number and the email address used to purchase the Product. Your cancellation will take effect at the next payment date.

6. How to Request a Refund

To cancel your order and request a refund, you must inform Paddle of your decision. To ensure immediate processing, please contact Paddle directly through their customer service portal at https://paddle.com/support.

You may also contact us at info@asklabib.com, and we will forward your request to Paddle for processing.

You have the right to inform us using a model cancellation form or by making any other clear, unambiguous statement through our available communication channels. If you use our contact form, we will communicate acknowledgment of receipt of your cancellation request to you without delay.

7. Refund Processing Timeframes

Once Paddle receives your cancellation request, they will process the refund without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which they are informed about your decision to cancel.

Refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear in your account within:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Bank Transfers: 7-14 business days

Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution and payment method.

8. Payment by Wire Transfer

Orders where payments are made via wire transfer are not protected under the Consumer Credit Act and are therefore not eligible for a refund. However, in cases where the transaction amount, including sales tax or where the sales tax refund is above $100 / £100 / €100, you may be entitled to a refund including the sales tax you paid, at Paddle's discretion.

9. Paddle's Role in Refunds

As our Merchant of Record, Paddle handles all payment processing, including refunds. When you request a refund:

  • Paddle processes the refund transaction at their sole discretion
  • Paddle provides customer service support for payment-related inquiries
  • Paddle manages the technical aspects of the refund process
  • Refund status and updates come from Paddle

10. Changes to This Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you via email or through our Services. Your continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

Changes to this policy will not affect refund requests submitted before the policy change.
